Update of 15 July 2022
Work on site this week was:-
Fitting common area ductwork, new incoming water supply and electrical adaptions.
The new ground floor entrance concrete was poured.
On the 4th floor, the drylining, including sound insulation and the resilient bars have continued to be fitted.
Gas installation continued.
Some of the new Schuco windows were delivered to site.
The Knight Frank triple unit started being stripped out in readiness for a complete refit. This work is being carried out by Mayer but with a direct contract with Knight Frank.
Work for next week is:-
The ground floor reinstatement in the common area will continue and the new ground to first floor staircase will be constructed.
Work will start on the new third floor staircase. This is noisy work.
Drylining will continue to apartment 14.
Gas installation will continue.
Further preparation on the front elevation in readiness for the stone panelling.
The new windows installation to the front facade will commence on the week of 18/07/22 (next week) and there will be further preparation work. The replacement window work will require internal access to all 12 apartments and will include the removal of the existing windows, the installation of the new windows, making good works and decoration of the window reveals. Lee is liaising with owners/occupiers over programme and access requirements.
Ground floor concrete base poured. We have removed the previous steps and will have a flat entrance to the building.
Some of the new Schuco windows arrived this week and fitting will start next week.
