Work carried out this week was:-

More of the same! That is erecting scaffold to both the front and rear elevations and continuing to build the welfare and toilet cabins. Scaffold to the front is now at roof level and with another couple of weeks to go and to fit a temporary roof over.

Welfare cabins advancing well. Toilet now in use so the flat in the block will stop being used by the men. The office and canteen buildings will be completed by the end of next week.

Further investigation work was carried out this week.

Next week is to be similar with scaffold work advancing and cabins being completed.

Scaffold to the front now at existing roof level. To have monarflex sheeting and name boards for the full development team and also for the ground floor tenants.

Cabins to the rear now advancing

Rear ‘haki’ staircase to allow men and women to the rear scaffold and roof.

Rear office and toilet will be completed this week. This is of Thursday.

Canteen being constructed.
